It has never been easier to collaborate digitally across business units, processes or projects: The JobRouter® platform integrates SMASHDOCs as a collaborative editor into every business process and makes documents available to selected individuals, both internal and external!

Complex release cycles and repetitive inquiries are therefore a thing of the past: Contracts, documents or texts can now be edited by several people at the same time. A project-related rights-system allows controlled access to the document, while all changes are saved and tracked. Each user is automatically informed about the current status of a project, can directly access his or her personal change history and edit the document, insert comments or ask questions. Many features and personalisation possibilities create the basis for truly efficient digital collaboration!
